With over 14 years of experience in Business Operations and People Management, I help founders and leadership teams design the systems, structure, and clarity that make growth sustainable.

I’m CIPD Level 5 qualified, with a background spanning marketing, advertising, gaming, and corporate services - industries where operations move fast and precision matters. My experience as an Operations Specialist, Studio Manager, and HR Lead means I understand how strategy translates into day-to-day performance.

After many years in London, I relocated to the Scottish Borders with my family to create a more intentional way of living. Today, I work remotely with clients across the UK, bringing a balance of strategy, people focus, and operational excellence to every business I support.
