About Claire

Concentrated Support is led and run by me, Claire - bringing together my experience across operations, workplace management, systems and delivery.

With over 14 years’ experience in business operations and people management, working with founders and leadership teams to build systems that really work.

I’m CIPD Level 5 qualified, and have worked in a variety of industries including marketing, advertising, tech, and professional services, and I’ve held senior operational roles including Operations Specialist, Studio Manager and HR Lead.

I’m all about bring order, structure and clarity to complex, fast-moving businesses. I’m known for being calm, practical and clear - helping founders and teams find focus, put the right systems in place, and make real impacts.

I founded Concentrated Support to bring the benefits of high level solutions to a broader range of businesses.

After many years working in London, I relocated to the Scottish Borders with my family in 2021 to create a more intentional way of living and working. Alongside client work, I’m deeply invested in building a business community - creating spaces for connection, collaboration and shared learning through events and local initiatives.

Today, I partner with clients across the UK, combining clear thinking, calm judgement and a people-first approach to help businesses run more smoothly.
